How long will it take to ship my order?

We will process your order within 2-3 business days. Once your order ships, it will take about 8-30 Days for your order to arrive, depending on your country.

Due to the situation regarding COVID-19, delivery times may be delayed.
However, this is unpredictable and depends on the local situation regarding COVID-19..

How much will shipping cost?
At the moment we offer only Two shipping method:

- Normal Shipping with Tracking Number: USD$ 4,00 

- Priority Shipping with Tracking NumberUSD$ 7,00

What is your return and Exchanges policy?

A) Exchanges - We offer a 30 day without extra costs for exchanges, we assume the costs. If the size doesn't fit you can exchange it for another size without extra costs. Simply contact us at info@support-feetintheclouds.com within 30 days of delivery of your item and we will send you the instructions by email.

1 - You can exchange it for another size or color, for another product of the same value or for a voucher for the value of the product or products.

B) Returns - We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply contact us at  info@support-feetintheclouds.com.com within 30 days of delivery of your item and we will gladly walk you through returning your product or products to us for a refund.

1 - We refund the value of the items, we do not refund shipping costs.

2 - Returns costs are paid by the customer, the customer is responsible for sending the product or products to the address we will indicate to the customer after the customer requests a return.

3 - Refunds will be granted after our refund department has received the product and inspected it.

4 - Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep any receipts.

There is a problem with my order. What do I do?

Please note that because we ship to various destinations we use various delivery services and goods are transferred to local delivery services or postal companies. It is up to the delivery service to update the tracking codes.

Some delivery services may not provide a timely or accurate tracking service at all.
